When I was young, my most favorite before bed snack consisted of as many chocolate donuts as I could find and a large glass (or quart) of milk. Alas, I can no longer digest regular milk. Happily, I can digest wine. But if I were to eat as many chocolate donuts as I did then, I'd soon enough be shooting insulin into my legs...
